1. Refund Policy

HCCA follows a strict No Refund Policy for all training programs, certification courses, workshops, and learning services. Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

• If a batch is officially cancelled by HCCA.
• If HCCA is unable to commence the batch due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.

In such cases:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.

Except for the circumstances mentioned above, no refund requests shall be entertained, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after enrolment.
• Inability to attend classes.
• Personal, medical, professional, or relocation reasons.
• Dissatisfaction with course content, trainer, teaching methodology, or delivery mode.
• Failure to complete the course.
• Non-participation after registration.

Course fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Course Fee Policy

Course fees published on our website, brochures, advertisements, or shared by our admission team are subject to revision without prior notice.

However, once a learner has completed the admission process and paid the applicable fees, the agreed fee shall remain valid for the enrolled program.

3. Training & Certification

HCCA provides industry-oriented HR certification programs designed to enhance professional knowledge and practical skills.

Course completion certificates will be issued only upon fulfilling the applicable attendance, assessment, assignment, and certification requirements prescribed by HCCA.

4. Placement Assistance

HCCA provides placement assistance to eligible learners wherever applicable.

However:

• Placement assistance does not constitute a job guarantee.
• Admission into any HCCA program does not assure employment.
• Hiring decisions are solely made by prospective employers based on their recruitment criteria.

5. Course Content & Schedule

HCCA continuously updates its curriculum to align with changing industry practices.

Accordingly, HCCA reserves the right to modify:

• Course curriculum
• Training modules
• Trainers
• Batch schedules
• Class timings
• Learning methodology
• Training platform
• Assessment process

These changes are made to improve the overall learning experience.

6. Attendance & Learning Responsibility

Learners are expected to attend sessions regularly and actively participate in assignments, projects, assessments, and practical activities.

Missed sessions due to personal reasons shall not entitle learners to refunds or compensation.

7. Personal Belongings

Learners are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings while attending sessions at HCCA premises.

HCCA shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

8. Internet & Data Disclaimer

Learners are advised to use secure internet connections while accessing online sessions.

HCCA shall not be responsible for:

• Internet connectivity issues
• Device failures
• Data loss
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Third-party platform outages.

9. Testimonials & Media Consent

During the course, HCCA may capture photographs, videos, testimonials, classroom recordings, or success stories for academic and promotional purposes.

Such content may be published on:

• HCCA Website
• Social Media Platforms
• Marketing Materials
• Digital Campaigns

Learners who do not wish to participate may notify HCCA in writing before such recordings are conducted.

10. Code of Conduct

Learners are expected to maintain professional behaviour throughout the program.

HCCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrolment without refund in cases involving:

• Misconduct
• Harassment
• Abuse towards trainers or staff
• Academic dishonesty
• Sharing of copyrighted course materials
• Activities that disrupt the learning environment.

11. Intellectual Property

All study materials, presentations, videos, assignments, templates, LMS content, recordings, and learning resources provided by HCCA are the intellectual property of HCCA.

Learners shall not reproduce, distribute, record, publish, sell, or share any course content without prior written permission.

12. Policy Updates

HCCA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version published on the official website shall supersede all previous versions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
